We fully support the Government’s initiative to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, and therefore cannot, at present, offer face-to-face consultations.

However, our Immigration Lawyers are still working hard on applications and are on hand to provide you with help.  We are operating telephone and video-call appointments for clients requiring assistance – providing legal advice remains our priority during this difficult time, so please do contact us should you require assistance.  Enquiries can be accommodated every weekday from 08:00 – 22:00.

On the 25 March 2020, the Home Office published guidance for all UK visa applicants and UK based foreign migrants who’s visa has an expiry. This can be found here – https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-advice-for-uk-visa-applicants-and-temporary-uk-residents. Furthermore, we would like to highlight that if you cannot leave the UK because of travel restrictions or self-isolation related to coronavirus (COVID-19), you can contact the Coronavirus Immigration Team (CIT) to update your records if your visa is expiring.

We would strongly urge those with visas close to expiration and those eligible for ILR and Naturalisation, to continue as usual- the Home Office is still processing applications and visa centres remain open. It is essential that you do not assume the Home Office will provide further relief, we are here to help ensure that your application is submitted before the expiry of your current visa.
